Once you have booked & paid on-line you will be e-mailed a voucher including a unique booking code. This voucher can be exchanged for a ticket on the Auckland Dockline Tram. Please print the voucher and present it to our tram conductor who will exchange it for a ticket. The voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Please also note that your voucher will be open dated and reservations are not required. Therefore no refunds will be given
