Where is the nearest car parking?
There is limited street car parking on Halsey, Gaunt, Madden & Beaumont Streets as well as pay & display car parks at 60 Gaunt Street & 5 Daldy Street
Can I eat and drink on the Auckland trams?
Auckland Dockline Trams allow sealed drinks such as coffee holders & water bottles
Can I take pets on the Trams?
Is there wheel chair access available?
Yes – we have a wheel chair ramp installed at the Tram Depot which will enable our wheel chair bound passengers to enjoy a ride around Wynyard Quarter on the Dockline Tram. Boarding and alighting the tram can only be done at the Tram Depot. Simply call our Operations Manager to arrange your ride and FREE parking access for your vehicle during operating hours – 10am – 4.30pm. PH: 027 2525706
Can I take a pram or child buggy on the Trams?
Yes. We don’t have the buggy holders on the front but customers may take them on board

Currently we do not have a student or pensioner discount.
Will there be commentary on board the tram?
Yes. Auckland Dockline Tram provides interesting live commentary on the sights, attractions and history of the area you are travelling through.
